Richard Blumberg

NOW Finance tenure: 14 Years
Richard’s career has included senior roles at ING Barings, Investec Bank, Hindal Group and River Capital where he developed a strong track record successfully building and managing different businesses. Richard’s experience spans credit markets, structured debt, consumer credit as well as private equity.

Mark Hansen

Chief Financial Officer

NOW Finance tenure: 11 Years
Mark’s experience has focused on building businesses from early stage and sector consolidation. Prior to commencing CFO roles, he developed strong commercial skills in Corporate Finance working on range of transactions including capital raisings, business acquisitions and disposals and private equity investments.

David Norman

Chief Operating Officer

NOW Finance tenure: 10 Years
Prior to joining NOW Finance in 2013, he had 15 years at GE Capital in Senior Executive roles including the Sales and Distribution Director of GE Capital’s personal loan business as well as General Manager of their New Zealand personal loan business.

Farrel Meltzer

Non-Executive Director

NOW Finance tenure: 12 Years
Wingate's founder, Farrel, established the company in 2004 following a successful career in investment banking, including leadership roles at ANZ Private Bank and Investec Bank (Australia) Ltd. Recognized as a distinguished financial innovator, his expertise encompasses property investment, listed equities, corporate and consumer debt, and private equity.

Franco Dogliotti

Non-Executive Director

NOW Finance tenure: 9 Years
Franco’s experience includes advising large privately- owned businesses as well as national and multi-national public corporations on both local and cross- border transactions. Prior to joining Wingate, Franco was a partner at PwC and a leading member of the firm’s Corporate Finance team.

Phillip Prendergast

Phillip has built a diverse range of businesses in technology and FMCG markets. He is a current director of Life Health Foods (UK) that distributes products into the food retail sectors into the UK and across the EU.

Alexander James Cock

Independent Director

NOW Finance tenure: 8 Years
Jim experience includes Banking Law with Minter Ellison, and then through a career with GE Capital. During his time at GE Capital, Jim became a Senior Executive of General Electric and Managing Director of several businesses including Consumer Finance and CustomFleet across Australia and New Zealand. He has also been on a number of start-up advisory boards.
